Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP or AR preferred.
• Dealership software experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily deposits and invoices.
• Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and credit card statements.
• Maintain Manufacturer's Statement of Origin records (MSO).
• Set up vendor records and process warranty cancellations.
• Assist with digital and paper filing and general office duties.
• Provide backup at the rental desk and deliver strong customer service.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects.
