Qualifications

• Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for audits and compliance.
• Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting tasks.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed.
