Kraemer North America LLC is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team in the Plain, WI office. The role supports the accounting team with clerical tasks including processing transactions, preparing reports, vendor communications, fact checking, and filing.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or 3 years related experience.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Experience in computer reporting, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery and return of subcontractor paperwork.
• Assist in preparation of state pre-qualifications, licenses and annual reports.
• Gather contract information for final job closeouts.
• General ledger and bank account reconciliations.
• Collect and file monthly job cost and financial statement data.
• Respond to internal and external requests for reports, etc.
• Assist processing of payroll including certified payrolls.
• Assist processing of accounts payable.
• Process daily cash receipts.
