Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Managed Services accountant in Temple, Texas, to support accounting, pricing, fuel management, and data processing for leading retail and petroleum clients.

This onsite role offers hands-on experience with real business data and opportunities to learn industry systems. You will interact with store managers, process transactions, prepare basic financial reports, and help ensure accuracy and efficiency across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Convenience store or retail experience is a plus.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and record business transactions for assigned accounts, including A/P and A/R.
• Perform general ledger activities such as journal entries for accruals or reclassifications.
• Interface with store managers and personnel for accurate data and reports.
• Generate and review financial statements, post journals, and reconcile accounts.
• Review monthly operating results and suggest improvements.
• Follow up on accounting issues to ensure proper reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and tracking tools.
