Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors organizations' general ledger.
• Oversees contracts and grants through the Agency including GAAP treatment for state and federal programs.
• Compiles and posts all monthly journal entries to facilitate month-end close.
• Review and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Conducts account analysis and reconciles balance sheet accounts at month-end.
• Deliver and report financial information to other departments.
• Maintain weekly cash flow report.
• Serves as backup to AP/Payroll Specialist.
• Assist with submission of monthly billing invoices and data collection supporting documents.
• Assist in audit data collection, budgeting, and data entry into the accounting software.
• Assist CFO in preparing, reviewing, and distributing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for grants.
• Other general accounting duties as assigned.
