Responsibilities

• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Perform administrative support functions
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle daily, and monthly reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
• Work closely with accounting and all financial professionals to manage clients' records
• Collect payments and update accounts payable and receivable records
• Communicate with clients to understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant.
