Kotz Heating and Air, Waterford MI. is hiring an Accounting Assistant to support the Controller with daily financial tasks including AR/AP, reconciliations, and compliance. The role provides room to grow within a locally owned company with a long-standing Oakland County presence.

The position offers a schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and an emphasis on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry experience in accounting or equivalent
• AP/AR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
• 10 Key proficiency is helpful
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail oriented

Overview:

This position will assist the Controller with duties related to day-to-day and monthly financials including AR/AP, Reconciliations, Compliance, Deposits. Other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
