Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- Universal EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Willingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Residential on demand service and annual maintenance.
- Excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems.
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers.
- Consulting customers on repair and replacement decisions and IAQ accessories.

Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician
$28.00 - $40.00 hourly including spiffs / bonuses
Monday to Friday, 7:30am -5:00pm, with occasional overtime
- Residential on demand service and annual maintenance
- Excellent customer service
- Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers
- Consulting customer with making repair and replacement decisions and indoor air quality accessories
- Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record
- 3 + Years of experience in Residential HVAC Service
- Universal EPA Certification
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school
- NATE Certified
- Possess tools needed
