• Enter payment information into company systems and balance payment batches.
• Research discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
• File documents, manage correspondence, and assist with special accounting projects as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Rosemead, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, basic accounting knowledge, and experience supporting high-volume payment processing or accounting operations.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, payment processing, batch balancing, and general administrative accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $47,736 to $50,000 per year.
• Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
