Job summary

Ascend Talent Partners LLC is assisting a leading Dallas manufacturer in finding an Accounting Specialist. The role focuses on billing, invoicing accuracy, reconciliations, and monthly reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams in a dynamic, family-friendly environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Mathematics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the billing system and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Review invoices and account statements for accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Manage accounts receivable files and records with precision.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports to support decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries promptly.
• Assist in general financial management and analysis to drive business success.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
