Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable information into the internal accounting system and ensure prompt payment compliance.
• Identify accounting/deposit attributes for revenue and update receivable systems for Underwriting.
• Serve as P-Card Proxy and handle monthly reconciliations and cardholder filing.
• Perform auxiliary billing, reconcile receivable activity, and assist with invoicing and reporting.
• Act as travel representative and FACET liaison, supporting travel requests and related reporting.
• Maintain records retention and ensure audit-ready documentation and proper filing.
