Job summary

Fraley & Schilling is seeking an Accounting Manager in Indiana to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, truck & trailer plating, and reporting compliance. Responsibilities include title/plate processing, BMV renewals, and 1099 filings, with a focus on process improvements and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 3–5+ years of AR/AP experience, plus strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency. Health benefits and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5+ years experience in Accounting with AR/AP experience including staff supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles, Microsoft software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rushville cleaning crew and approve timecards.
• Manage AR team to ensure timely invoice processing, customer account reviews and month-end items.
• Manage AP team to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor account reviews.
• Oversee title/plate processing and BMV renewals for IN vehicles.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements; support audits and ad hoc projects.
