Job summary

Corelation Inc is seeking an entry-level Accounting Analyst in our Accounting Services group. You will train client staff on KeyStone, assist with balancing clearing and suspense accounts, and support the preparation of financial statements, serving as a remote resource and on-site during conversion weeks.

You will map tables to the new GL chart of accounts, learn GL concepts (Shares, Loans, Fees, etc.), provide Webex training, and travel on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Work with client to configure existing processes to KeyStone.
• Prepare the client for the GL conversion process and provide training and/or support.
• Assist clients through the conversion and post-conversion support.
• Understand GL concepts and related modules (Shares, Loans, Fees, etc.).
• Provide training via WebEx on KeyStone GL.

Responsibilities

• Train client accounting staff on KeyStone functionality.
• Support credit unions in balancing clearing/suspense accounts.
• Assist with GL conversion and post-conversion support.
• Map tables to new GL chart of accounts and related configurations.
• Travel on-site for GL conversion and support as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients and team members throughout the conversion.
• Identify issues and ensure proper resolution.
