Job summary

Corelation, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst at an entry level in the Accounting Services department. The role focuses on training client staff on KeyStone functionality and supporting credit unions with GL conversion and financial statement preparation.

You will work remotely when possible and on-site during conversion weeks, traveling as needed. A college degree in accounting and 1 year of related experience are preferred, with opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive,

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience. Credit Union/Banking experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with GL conversion processes and training clients on KeyStone.
• Ability to configure GL processes and batch jobs for GL functions.

Responsibilities

• Train client staff on KeyStone General Ledger.
• Assist in balancing of clearing/suspense accounts.
• Help build financial statements and provide remote support, onsite during conversion week.
• Travel on-site for GL conversion and support as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients and team throughout conversion; identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarize yourself with KeyStone GL package and related products.
