River Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX seeks an Accounting Analyst to support the CFO through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, system configuration, and leveraging AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Full-time salaried position reporting to the CFO with excellent benefits, including meals and parking; a strong focus on GAAP, data integrity, and process improvements in a private club environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred both disciplines).
• 3+ years in accounting, financial data analysis, or FP&A with GAAP understanding.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting systems and BI tools to track KPIs.

Mansioni

• Perform financial and operational analysis: budget-to-actual, variance, and trend analyses.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to CFO and management.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, models, and analytical tools for planning decisions.
• Assist CFO with annual budget process and ongoing forecasting.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards; validate data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
