Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience in a CPA firm is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and experience working with multi‑country and multicultural teams.
• Experience with financial reporting automations and CRM Tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on budgets, KPI's, and variance analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights on revenue, expenses and profits.
• Support ERP and reporting integrations.
• Partner with Tax and other client service teams using CRM Systems.
• Identify opportunities by trend analysis and perform risk analysis.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
• Consistently analyze financial information based on routine and ad‑hoc reports.
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends and patterns.
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
