Qualifications

• General Ledger knowledge and experience with journal entries, accruals, and trial balances.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel with data analysis and reconciliation tools.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly accounting processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Support new accounting standards, policies, and processes.
• Maintain internal controls, reporting processes, and audit readiness.
• Support accounting impacts of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other entities.
