Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions seeks an Accounting Analyst to join our RTR team in Wichita, KS. You will own monthly accounting processes, support internal/external reporting, and drive continuous improvement across policies and controls.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adoption of new standards, and handling complex, multinational transactions. Strong Excel and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• General Ledger knowledge and experience booking journal entries, accruals, and analyzing trial balances.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reconciliation tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with multinational legal entities and cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of foreign currency accounting, legal entity reporting, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience using OneStream, Power BI, Alteryx, or other data analytic and visualization tools
• Experience with accounting consolidation including intercompany eliminations and consolidating international entities with foreign currencies
• Experience in process innovation/transformation/implementation

What You Will Do
