Responsibilities

• Support management of multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Process or record accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions.
• Prepare account reconciliations for prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals.
• Prepare, understand, and review basic to moderate financial statements.
• Support preparation of general ledger, cash flow, and allocations.
• Build process backup at the direction of leadership.
• Aid preparation of sales tax returns and Form 1099s.
• Prepare audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other client-requested forms or items
