• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Active Certified Public Accountant license.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting advisory, technical accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, or external audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from planning through delivery with accountability for objectives, staffing, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and client communications.
• Coach and develop engagement teams and contribute to client relationships and market growth.
• Provide accounting and financial reporting guidance across industries and help with finance transformation initiatives.
• Support business development, proposals, and market-facing thought leadership.
