Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CA certification preferred.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs, and IPOs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting design and restatement support.
• Improve operational accounting and optimization of finance functions.
• Implement new accounting standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with CrossCountry and client teams on business issues and solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions with compliance.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools and opportunities.
• Oversee project administration including budgeting and billing.
• Mentor team members and provide ongoing feedback.
