• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, operations accounting or related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience with IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs, etc.
• Background in professional services (public accounting or advisory).
• Strong operational and technical accounting skills with issue resolution.
• Comfort with responsibly exploring AI tools to boost productivity.
• Openness to learning emerging technologies including automation.
• Professionalism and discretion when engaging with executives and clients.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities
