Job summary

MEI Rigging & Crating is seeking an Accounting Administrator in Sparks, NV to support the regional office with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office tasks. This role partners with the Regional Office Accounting Manager to ensure accurate processing of invoices, vendor setups, and customer billing in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in office accounting, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and a commitment to confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2+ years office accounting experience (A/R, A/P, bookkeeper) expected.
• Strong communication and computer skills; attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and assist AP remittance.
• Set up new vendors and obtain MEI credit approval.
• Enter item receipts into accounting systems and code PO with GL accounts.
• Review AR aging, process customer invoices, and assist with month-end close.
• Handle cash receipts and merchant processing per policy.
• Provide general clerical support and front desk duties.
