Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting for publicly traded companies, specifically with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and Workiva software. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and file 10-K and 10-Q reports in compliance with SEC regulations.
2. Utilize Workiva to streamline reporting processes.
3. Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes.
4. Ensure GAAP compliance and support external audits.
5. Analyze financial data and provide insights for management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience working as an accounting professional in a publicly traded company.
3. Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and GAAP compliance.
4. Proficiency in Workiva and financial reporting tools.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
