About The Company

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC and prepare related supporting schedules
• Assist in the preparation of the U.S. GAAP disclosure checklist
• Perform tie-out procedures on quarterly and annual financial reports, earning releases related materials, and other externally reported materials
• Review and assist in the preparation of the annual greenhouse gas emission report
• Perform benchmarking research of peer companies on financial disclosure and disclosure requirements
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and expected changes to accounting policies or filing requirements
• Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience at a public accounting firm or at a public company with SEC reporting experience
• Experience with Workiva or Netsuite a plus
• CPA required or parts passed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
