Job summary

Kybloodcenter in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced Accountant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll processing and financial reporting. The role includes ADP payroll/timekeeping administration and serving as an ADP system administrator, reporting to the CFO.

You will maintain fixed asset records, manage the corporate card program, assist with audits and budgeting, and help improve accounting processes with new technology and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; CPA is a plus.
• 3+ years in accounting with payroll, A/P and A/R duties.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel, data entry and web system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt internal accounting service and reporting.
• Manage A/P and vendor invoicing, payments, and reimbursements.
• Handle A/R processes including billing and postings.
• Administer biweekly ADP payroll and timekeeping; HRIS data entry.
• Maintain fixed assets records and depreciation schedules.
• Oversee corporate card program administration.
• Support CFO with financial statements, audits and reconciliations.
• Comply with payroll and accounting regulations; drive process improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
