Responsibilities

• Own all accounting activities for Customer Rebates and Supplier Royalty payments, including accruals and documentation.
• Validate and record travel expenses reimbursed through Concur.
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable, process invoices, and manage supplier credits.
• Perform monthly mitigating controls and prepare executive summaries for the Controller.
• Prepare reconciliations for medium and low risk accounts.
• Prepare and analyze reporting for foreign tax, government, real estate, and personal property requests.
• Backup for fixed asset accounting activities.
• Contribute to various accounting projects as assigned.
