Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset system: additions, disposals, depreciation, and location changes.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze data and assist with audits by providing requested schedules.
