Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Working knowledge of GAAP reporting.

• Experience with financial accounting software and adaptability to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly fixed asset system: additions, disposals, depreciation, and asset locations.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and documentation for audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Post daily cash entries and manage prepaids/recurring entries.
• Review daily A/P and A/R batches for posting with colleagues.
