  • Participates in financial reporting changes by adjusting/revising reporting processes and structures.
  • Identifies, recommends and implements process and system improvements.
  • Creates baseline documentation procedures and processes; can include gathering documentation, work papers, and examples.
  • Supports internal and external audits by gathering and explaining requested examples, procedures, and supporting information.
  • Communicates and interacts effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
