Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field with 2 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass criminal background, credit, and DMV checks; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manages processing of payments for invoices and departmental expenditures.
• Aligns accounts for purchase orders; engages vendors and responds to inquiries.
• Processes grant renewals and complex drawdowns.
• Researches and resolves payment issues; creates reports and budget spreadsheets.
• Provides support for CARES Fee Reduction Program and related duties as assigned.
