Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 1 year of general accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, payment support, and vendor maintenance
• Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment posting, follow up, and balance reconciliations
• Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and intercompany multi-entity accounting
• Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and financial records
• Maintain accurate accounting files and communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
