Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of progressive general ledger and general accounting experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP (Fixed Assets, ASC 360, and Software Capitalization / ASC 350-40).
• Experience with SOX 404 compliance.
• Experience with mid-to-tier-1 ERP systems (Sage, SAP, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with financial consolidation systems (Oracle HFM / FCCS) and reporting tools (Prophix).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset accounting including additions, transfers, and disposals.
• Coordinate monthly with site managers on asset activity and system updates in Sage.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for fixed assets and review AP invoices.
• Manage SIP calculations and Day 1 journal entries for software capitalization.
• Execute month-end close procedures and prepare journal entries and schedules.
• Deliver PPE roll-forwards and respond to financial reporting inquiries.
• Support internal/external audits with PBC schedules and documentation.
