Основные задачи включают сверку счетов, финансовое закрытие ежемесячное/квартальное/годовое, соблюдение локальных GAAP и US GAAP, а также подготовку налоговых и регуляторных отчетов. Предусмотрены гибкие условия удаленной работы и развитие.

Qualifications

• Законченное коммерческое образование (HAK/Bachelor/Master)
• Опыт работы в бухгалтерии 2–5 лет
• Бухгалтерский сертификат приветствуется
• Чувство числа и аналитическое мышление
• Умение работать в команде и в условиях жестких сроков
• Знание BMD и/или Workday является преимуществом
• Владение немецким языком будет преимуществом

Responsibilities

• Ведение финансовой отчетности: AR, AP, FA, GL, расходы сотрудников, командировки и расчеты по заработной плате
• Сверка бухгалтерских счетов: банковские, кредитные карты, заработная плата, межкомпанейские операции
• Поддержка ежемесячных, квартальных и годовых закрытий, включая начисления и межфирменную отчетность
• Регуляторная отчетность: НДС, налоговые отчеты, регуляторные ведомства и взаимодействие с консультантами
• Контроль соответствия требованиям локальных GAAP и US GAAP, внутренний контроль и SOX
• Подготовка годовой финансовой отчетности и взаимодействие с аудиторами

Задачи

• Financial Record Management: Managing, analysing, and maintaining accurate financial records and transactions across accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets (FA), general ledger (GL), employee expenses, travel, and payroll-related accounting. This includes processing incoming and outgoing invoices, monitoring payments and receivables, and ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and documented.
• Reconciling Accounts: Preparing and maintaining regular balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, credit card, payroll, intercompany, and other relevant accounts. Investigating discrepancies and ensuring open items are resolved accurately and on time.
• Managing Closings: Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, intercompany accounting, and other closing-related tasks to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting.
• External & Statutory Reporting: Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory and regulatory requirements, including VAT and tax-related filings, statutory financial statements, and reports to national banks, statistical offices, and other relevant authorities. Coordinating with external accounting, payroll, and tax advisors where required.
• Regulatory Compliance & Controls: Ensuring accounting activities and financial reporting comply with applicable local GAAP requirements, internal policies, and US GAAP reporting requirements. Performing and documenting assigned internal controls, including SOX controls, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Year-End Audit & Financial Statements: Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and collaborating with external and internal auditors by preparing required financial information, documentation, reconciliations, and audit evidence.

• Completed commercial graduation (HAK/Bachelor/Master’s degree)
• At least 2-5 years experience in accounting
• Accountant certificate advantageous
• Sense for numbers and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of BMD and/or Workday are an advantage
• Fluency in German is an advantage
