Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Posting and reconciling customer payments
• Following up on overdue invoices and collections
• Customer communication regarding payments and balances
• Monitoring open items and preparing aging reports
• Approving new customers

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Processing supplier invoices
• Preparing and processing supplier payments
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Maintaining vendor master data
• Following up on missing invoices

Salary $85,000-$105,000
