Federated Fiducial is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage a defined book of accounts and perform comprehensive bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities include check entry, coding, 1099 work, account reviews, journal entries, and year-end tasks using QuickBooks.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, plus excellent organization and communication skills, are essential to maintain accurate records and build trusted relationships with clients and business owners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting is preferred, but comparable experience will be considered.
• Must be experienced in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication with clients and coworkers via email and phone in a professional manner.
