ROE #47 supports schools, educators, students, and families across Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside
counties. As our programs have grown, so has the work behind them: our office now has
approximately 100 employees and an annual budget of roughly $6 million.
We are looking for an accountant or experienced bookkeeper who enjoys keeping the details
right, solving problems, and helping a team serve its community. This is an opportunity to take
ownership of meaningful accounting work in an organization where your contributions will be
noticed.
An accounting degree, public-sector or nonprofit experience, and familiarity with grant
accounting are welcome, but a CPA license is not required. We encourage you to apply if your

Salary range: 45,000 to 85,000 annually based on experience and certifications
