Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple programs and funding sources.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, payments, deposits, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and grant expenditures.
  • Prepare financial reports and help program staff understand their budgets.
  • Support grant reporting, year-end close, and the annual audit.
  • Help improve accounting processes as the office continues to grow.
  • Work closely with the Regional Superintendent, program leaders, and the rest of the finance team.
