The Accountant 2 will provide professional accountingsupport for the Center for Personalized Health by administering financialactivities associated with restricted and unrestricted funding sources. Thisposition performs account reconciliation, financial reporting, budgetmonitoring, purchasing, travel and reimbursement processing, journal entries,and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with University, State,Federal, and sponsor regulations. The Accountant 2 works closely with Centerleadership, Principal Investigators, Department Finance, and centraladministrative offices to support the Center's expanding research portfolio andensure sound fiscal management.

Bachelor's degree and successful completion of at least 12 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
