Job summary

Cresta, a leading AI-driven customer experience company in the United States, seeks a sharp Accountant to join our growing finance team and help scale our accounting function. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate revenue-to-cash processes and robust internal controls.

You will lead period-end close, manage vendor bills, AR collections, expense reviews, and payroll support for our global subsidiaries, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 1 year or less of relevant accounting or auditing work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, execute and deliver projects as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Execute period-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and working papers.
• Manage vendor bills to ensure proper accounting, review, and timely payment.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and collections in collaboration with Sales.
• Review and approve employee expense reports.
• Assist payroll processing for the company and overseas subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operating activities and information flow.

We’re seeking a sharp, business-minded Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the revenue to cash processes in a high-growth, cutting-edge AI company. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to support and scale our accounting function.

Responsibilities:

• Execute period-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and other relevant working papers

• Manage vendor bills to ensure they are accounted, reviewed and paid for in accordance with relevant policies

• Manage Accounts Receivable and collections effort, partnering with our Sales team

• Manage and review expense reports for our employees

• Assist payroll processing for the company and overseas subsidiaries

• Support cross-functional teams to optimize operating activities and facilitate strong information flow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business

• 1 year or less of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing

• Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Working knowledge of general accounting principles

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation at Cresta:

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

Compensation for this position includes a Base salary + Equity.

Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
