Job summary

Nortal ищет бухгалтера в команду финансов в Эстонии. Вы будете заниматься повседневной бухгалтерией: платежи, счета, сверки и отчётность. Требуется опыт 2–3 года, знание бухгалтерских стандартов и VAT, владение эстонским и английским языками.

Qualifications

• 2–3 года опыта в бухгалтерском учёте
• Степень в бухгалтерии, финансах, экономике или смежной области
• Свободный английский и эстонский (письменно и устно)
• Понимание финансовой отчетности (баланс, P&L, денежные потоки)
• Опыт VAT и налоговой отчетности
• Точность, внимательность, умение работать с большими объёмами операций
• Умение работать автономно и в команде
• Готовность использовать AI-инструменты в рамках политики управления данными Nortal
• Опыт с MS Axapta/Dynamics 365, Finbite/Omniva, BI-инструменты
• Понимание IFRS

Responsibilities

• Обрабатывать платежи поставщикам и исходящие платежи
• Сверять банковские выписки и регистрировать операции
• Обрабатывать и хранить счета-фактуры и сопутствующую документацию
• Выставлять и сопровождать счета-фактуры по продажам
• У записывать взаиморасчеты между подразделениями
• Поддерживать VAT-отчетность и соблюдение налогового законодательства
• Помогать в закрытии месяца и года
• Ведение полноценной учетной документации
• Контактировать с внутренними стейкхолдерами по вопросам оплаты и учета
• Поддержка аудита и соблюдения регуляторных требований
• Идентифицировать возможности для улучшения процессов и повышения эффективности

You'll handle the day-to-day accounting work that keeps the business running: payments, invoices, reconciliations, and reporting. Please note: We are currently considering applications only from candidates who are already based in Estonia.

• Process and prepare supplier and other outgoing payments
• Post and reconcile bank statements in a timely and accurate manner
• Review, process, and maintain purchase invoices and related documentation
• Issue and maintain sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
• Support VAT reporting and ensure compliance with local tax requirements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment, invoicing, and accounting matters
• Support audits and other compliance-related activities as required
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

Требования:

• 2 -3 years of experience in accounting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Estonian (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
• Experience in VAT and other tax reporting
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with high transaction volumes
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Openness to using AI tools to work more efficiently, within Nortal's data governance guidelines
• Experience with MS Axapta/Dynamics 365, Finbite/Omniva, and BI tools
• Understanding of IFRS
