Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an Accounting Manager in City of Industry, California, to lead the accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting. The position is a direct hire, onsite, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (3+ in management), and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Hands-on experience coordinating and supporting company audits and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in financial audits and tax filings, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Lead and coordinate annual financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and responding to external auditor requests.
• Support the development of financial strategies and business decisions.
• Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure professional growth and team efficiency.
