HaFSBX in Maplewood, MN is seeking an Accountant to join our Accounting team. This role blends day-to-day AR/AP activities with month-end close and reconciliations, ideal for detail-oriented, proactive professionals.

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–2 years of experience with AR, AP, reconciliations, and GAAP. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central or QuickBooks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and collections follow-up.
• Accounts Payable: process invoices, ensure coding/approvals, and prepare payments.
• Company Credit Cards: issue cards, review expenses, ensure compliance, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support process improvement or accounting automation.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues.

About the Role

We’re looking for anAccountantto join our Accounting team! Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with sales tax is a plus
