Super Color, a leader in large-format printing and custom signage, is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting GAAP-compliant reporting in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Accountant will manage the general ledger, prepare monthly statements, and assist with budgets and forecasts while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is required.
• Proven experience in accounting roles and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Ensure financial data confidentiality and back up data when necessary.

This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art facility in Los Angeles, California, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation, ensuring our financial operations are seamless as we continue to create extraordinary visual experiences for the world’s most recognised brands. Salary

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.


• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements and reports.


• Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity.


• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.


• Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.


• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.


• Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).


• Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.


• Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary.

Qualifications
