Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Wisconsin. You will prepare financial statements, analyze data, and support inventory costing and pricing decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting and have Excel or SQL proficiency. CPA is preferred and on-the-job training is available. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at Uline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Prior accounting experience is a plus, but we will train you if eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel or SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare financial statements and evaluate information for recording inventory transactions.
• Review financial records and reports, ensuring alignment with standard accounting practices and business guidelines.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Support the year-end financial audit by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Partner with business teams to analyze product costs and ensure inventory pricing is accurate across the company.
