Madison Street Search is seeking an Accountant to join a Fortune 500–level growth environment. You will manage month-end close, GAAP compliance, and financial analysis in partnership with HR and legal on specialized matters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders, supporting key business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and internal controls.
• Mentor junior accounting staff, helping to build a high-performing team.
• Partner closely with HR and legal team on specialized accounting matters.
