Job summary

Vetted Talent Group is seeking an experienced Accountant to join a growing organization in Dayton, Ohio. This role blends day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across the business.

You will prepare journal entries and general ledger accounts, assist with month-end close, perform reconciliations, and generate financial reports. The ideal candidate has GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
