Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading international company to fill an Accountant role in Centennial, CO. This hybrid position requires on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work on other days.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; French fluency is preferred. Base salary is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile balance sheets and accounts
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies
• Assist with processing US and Canadian sales tax
• Collaborate with vendors and customers in the US and Canada
• Design and implement SOPs to increase efficiency
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and ad hoc analyses
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Supervise and coach junior accounting staff

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn a base salary between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling balance sheets and accounts
• Researching and resolving transaction discrepancies
• Assisting with processing US and Canadian sales tax
• Working with vendors and customers in the US and Canada
• Designing and implementing new standard operating procedures to increase departmental efficiency
• Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and running ad hoc financial analyses
• Assisting with month-end close processes
• Supervising and coaching junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in French preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• Annual base salary between $70,000 and $80,000
