Drive Impactful Financial Operations

• Analyze and Report: Drive business insights by analyzing variances, identifying key trends, and generating comprehensive financial performance narratives.
• Ensure Compliance: Process transactions and maintain financial records in strict accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory requirements.
• Optimize Processes: Spearhead initiatives to streamline operations; proactively research alternatives and propose effective recommendations to management.
• Collaborate and Execute: Participate actively in month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Support Audits: Assist with critical internal and external audit requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting alongside 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a background in leading projects and collaborating across multiple departments, as you work toward a Senior Accountant level.
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP and current statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Oracle Financial or similar ERP software.
• Demonstratedanalytical capabilities and the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly across all organizational levels.
