Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, including transaction review, reconciliation, and accruals
Address and resolve outstanding items at month-end close
Support accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely billing and accurate cash application
Monitor overdue accounts and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Maintain thorough documentation for audit and compliance requirements
Conduct general ledger reconciliations and analyze variances
Oversee fixed asset records
